Very well, closed to everything

Perfect location, helpfull and cheerful staff.

Great location, very convenient for just about anything. Metro 10 is 15 mins walk, Metro line 8 is 5 min walk. Super quiet area, countless cafes and restaurants. Spa access is free, sauna and jacuzzi, but you must ask. Daily coffee and croissants are free, seltzer water, and some snacks for kids. Rooms are “Paris” size, but super super clean, fairly krene and up to date. If we did not pay premium because of a Roland Garros, I would give it 10/10, but went to see two matches, therefore happy. I would def stay here again. Did not eat breakfast as we stayed late at RG or ate dinner late so we skipped breakfast.

Emplacement, propreté, personnel hyper courtois!

Very nice hotel. During a single week we stayed at 3 hotels. We liked this one best. The room was a little tight for 3 people but staff and amenities made up for this.

My family and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Paris, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The checkout process was just as easy, with a convenient 12:00 pm checkout time. We stayed in interconnecting rooms for our children, aged 5 and 8, which worked perfectly for our family. The rooms were clean, quiet, well-equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our kids loved them. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to start the day. The complimentary coffee machine in Reception is also great. The hotel's location is excellent, situated right by Rue Cler with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants literally on the doorstep. The Eiffel Tower, Musée de l’Armée, and a nearby Metro station are all within easy walking distance. The area felt very safe throughout our stay, and we always felt comfortable exploring both during the day and in the evening. We had a wonderful time in Paris, and this hotel played a big part in making our trip so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and will definitely return.

Great hotel, amenities and venue

Our family arrived to the hotel and booked this place reading the great reviews. Super tiny rooms, cannot handle more than 2 guests and 1 suitcase. Right after check in we informed the staff about our room air conditioning not working. All they had to say is wait for sometime to have the room cool. After a few hours we went back again and the front desk person said he can’t do anything since the hotel is packed and asked us to wait. They gave us a room with boiling heat in and we had to spend the entire night in suffering and sleepless especially in peak summer while Paris is facing a heat wave. The rooms are super tiny, barely can handle two people and one suitcase and it was like a gas chamber with no customer service or hotel management to look into this issue. Upon checkout the manager said she cannot do anything now. I will not recommend this hotel. There are so many other hotel rooms in the area. The front desk people are rude and just focused on incoming business

Absolutely wonderful hotel and a great location with so many cafes right around.
