Our recent stay at the Four Seasons Mumbai was truly world-class. We were visiting for our daughter Aadhya’s very first international trip, and the level of care we received made a world of difference for our family.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. We want to give a special shout-out to Harsh H., who was remarkably helpful throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine kindness ensured that we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and settled.
The special setup the hotel arranged for Aadhya was such a thoughtful and "fabulous" touch. It’s rare to find a luxury hotel that balances high-end elegance with such a warm, family-oriented heart.
The entire team made us feel like more than just guests; they made us feel at home. If you are traveling with a young family, this is the place to stay in Mumbai. We look forward to our next visit!
