Good place to move to the town. Because the hotel provided bus tickets, easy and free to go And we can see wild animals from the hotel. Good to stay for kids as well

Outdated and pool hot tub poorly thought out. Not worth the cost. Will not return

This place has been our go-to since 2012. We love that the chalets can accommodate our big family. Nice to see that they have changed their comforters from the coloured ones to all white, beds are a little older but still comfortable despite the squeaking sound it makes. Washroom tiles need grout refresh. I wish the price is a little lower though, the nightly rent has doubled up since 2012. Overall, will rent again since the location was nice, just 6 mins drive to the town.

Absolutely horrible for the price you’re paying. Pool and hot tub is most beautiful part of the property but was dirty. Rooms aren’t worth a fraction of the cost. Visible mold in bathrooms. Broken dishwasher. Grimy carpet and tile. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated for how much we paid per night. Paid the same up in lake Louise for a muchhhhhhh nicer place. Will never recommend or stay again. Feel completely ripped off

Amazing place

Place was not very clean. Rooms had garbage still from previous person. found random fake nails on the floor too. Lot of stuff was breaking down in the place too. Old and falling apart, plus they don’t do proper cleans. It was advertised that there are outdoor fire pits but it’s just bbq grills, no fire pits. no restaurant but other than that, everything else was nice. The location, the staff, the outdoor aesthetic. There’s a bus stop right in front of the resort and you get free bus passes when you check in so you can visit the hot springs and downtown without having to drive, which is super nice. Again the place is cute but they need to reconsider their cleaning standards. For the price you pay, it’s not really worth it.

We loved our stay at Hidden Ridge Resort. The staff was amazing and the property was beautiful.

We stayed there 2 times. We had to ask for them to give us our complementary wine bottle and in our first time they didn't give it at all. Room service was a bit weird They came in, left the clean towel on the chair and didn't take our not clean towels They made 1 bed and not the other

We showed up a day early with no expectations of finding an extra night and the hostess bent over backwards to give us rooms for the night and help us transition smoothly to our condo room the next day.

It was almost fourteen thousand for a glorified motel. The room is very outdated and the amenities where sub par. I get that it’s Banff so places think they can up charge but so not worth the money to stay here
