Clean rooms, pleasant staff, great breakfast

If you were going to choose anywhere to stay in Lake Como, this would be the place. Opposite the lake and amazing staff. Great rooms.

The room was clean and the view amazing! The staff was very helpful. I would definitely go back.

Right in the centre on the waterfront with a great view of Lake Como.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Wonderful breakfast room with plenty of choices. The hotel was in a great location within easy walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, and shops.

Great breakfast options and great location. Rooms were smaller than expected and carpet in rooms are not good would of rather had a room with flooring

The staff was friendly and helpful. Neil went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The accommodations were only second to the view.

Honestly could not give this place a better review. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made the experience so special with a welcome prosecco and a beautiful room with a terrace that had a breathtaking view of Como di Lago. Everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful and informative. They helped provide information during one of the strike days to help us get around. My wife is gluten free and we booked the restaurant for our engagement anniversary and to celebrate our honeymoon. They brought in gluten free pasta for our reservation. The octopus spaghettoni was amazing! They also accomodated with providing gluten free breads everytime we went for breakfast. We felt welcomed and relaxed. It was a truly lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel
