欧思马酒店 (Hotel Osimar)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The property is not as nice as in the photos. The room was pretty big which is why we chose this hotel. But it was sparse and never cooled down regardless of the fan speed or temp. The standup shower had good water pressure and got hot but the top bars were held together with duct tape. We stayed two nights and room service came to our room at 17:30. The bed was two twin size mattresses pressed together. Breakfast had some fresh fruit. It did not have a lot of options but it had quantity. Service was great. They helped with taxi, ice, when our room key didn’t work without hesitation.

Minden rendben volt, reggel 8 kor már tudtak szobát adni amit nagyra értékelek mert egész éjjel utaztam, szoba tiszta, személyzet kedves és a reggeli is jó volt. Köszönöm

Very nice staff

:)

For what we needed it was fine. Our room smelt of cigarette smoke and a few spiders were seen

Staff of the hotel were nice and helpful and the location was good too, but the room condition was not good. The air conditioning and heating system didn't work,so the room was cold and there was no one in the hotel to fix them. Upon our request to change the room, it was told to us that the same issue is with all the hotel's room and instead, a small heater device was given to us, which worked well. But the main issue of the room was with the dain of the bathroom. It was clogged and because of that even after a small shower, the draining water entered to the room and made there as swamp! This was something that wasn't very recent, as there were moisture print on the carpet, when we entered to the room for the first time and apparently hotel was careless to fix it.

Nice hotel in quiet neighbourhood with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to the Metro about 15 min walk. Would definitely stay there again as very comfortable hotel.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was clean, had friendly staff who could communicate well in English.

Nice and helpful staff But not near any subway station Comfort staying place

We had great time
