The hotel is very well located if you are going to be at the KiCC or anything in the near CBD. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, especially Carol at the front desk. The hotel has 3 restaurants so you are sorted for meals. Great place, I highly recommend it.

We stayed one night. We really enjoyed Francis playing jazz music on the piano. Staff is very attentive. We felt safe there. They have a lovely pool. Rooms are nice and clean.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very professional. Location is convenient. I found the restaurants within the hotel expensive.

This hotel is amazing !!! I loved everything about it . The staff , the cleanliness (and I'm really really big on that ) the amenities , the food, how accommodating everyone was . This hotel gets a 15/10 !!! if I ever come back to Nairobi, I would stay here. Shout out to Calvin. He was so kind and helpful to me the most during my stay. Thank you to all the staff at Nairobi Serena. You all are extremely amazing!!!!!
