Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. Everything felt overpriced, and even basic things seemed to come with extra charges. Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it.

Very Nice

Clean room good size, staff helpful brought us feather pillows as we requested the bed was hard though. Good location transport just outside.

Beautifully laid out and well maintained top hotel in Brussels. Nicely decorated, updated and quiet rooms. Very clean and fresh. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, nice cocktail bar and restaurant. Easy valet parking. Fairly centrally located along the prestigious Avenue Louise and in walking distance and/or easy transportation to many of the sights to see in Brussels and surrounding areas.

Chaotic breakfast service. Staff not allocated to sections , if you ask for something they never come back to you

It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time.
