Some of the most professional staff i’ve ever dealt with - from front desk to restaurant to house keeping.. everyone was polite and helpful. 10/10 hotel, no complaints.

Room was clean and cozy, I would say it was really small. The pool looked really nice but was close when I was there.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was not up to the Hilton standards.

Location of hotel was decent, short walk from tourist attractions. Room did not come with hotel slippers which had to be requested for. Room was also quite small with a lack of hangers. Problem with the room was the air conditioning which could not be adjusted properly as we were told that it was centrally controlled (only allowed for +-1 degrees changes). In winter when we visited, this resulted in the room being extremely cold. We requested for help on this at the front desk but there was not much that could be done.
