Ideal location for exploring Albert Docks.

Stayed 3 nights and perfect location for visiting all of Liverpool’s historical sites. Easy to find and free parking a bonus. Staff were professional, approachable and engaging. Rooms spotless and beds so comfortable. Didn’t eat there so couldn’t comment on the food. Used the bar a couple of nights and it was great to sit in the outside area at the rear of the hotel overlooking the basin. Only criticism and it is a small one literally was the shower which was compact. Having said that you can only work with the space dimensions you have. Would still recommend it as the positives far outweigh the one negative. Will definitely book it next time we are in Liverpool.

Staff were helpful, we were able to go to reception before booking in time to register car so able to walk into town centre for lunch and drink after the journey up. Building and amenities were everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone, staff and environment could not be better. Near to Albert dock and town centre.

Tiny shower otherwise all good.

Excellent one night stay. It was about 25min walk from the train station. Close to my conference venue, generous breakfast with hot and cold food. The bathroom was a small plastic moulded one piece so shower was a bit on the small side, if that's important to potential guests. I would be happy to stay there again.

All the staff we interacted with were really friendly. The prices in the bar were good for a hotel and the free, easy parking was the biggest positive. A really good stay. The bathroom was tiny but didn't make our stay any worse.

Very clean rooms and communal areas. Rooms were "cozy" but everything you needed was there. Staff were so polite, helpful and very nice. Breakfast was very nice and staff were always busy replenishing and clearing, food was very fresh. Asked for hot milk for cereal and it was no problem. Parking is great, right outside the front door.

Great one night stay. The room was basic but had everything needed for a short stay. Staff were great! Everything was clean and tidy and the breakfast was spot on.

Excellent value. Exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, reasonably priced very clean and the staff especially Amy were very friendly and helpful. The food was also very good.
