We got rooms on the 5th and 6th floor. The elevator was not working so had to carry the bags up in middle of night. Elevator issue was not mentioned at the time of booking. There was an ac unit leaking water on the bathroom sink and floor.

Only a short walk from the train station. Room was perfect for one person. Breakfast was good. Only problem was that the elevator was being repaired. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean, basic and no frills. The climate control did not work the first night, but the staff repaired it the next day.

Overall, the hotel is satisfactory. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Bedding was fine. The location is very good if you are making train day trips as it is an easy walk to the train station. However, in our room part of the toilet was basically under the sink vanity area... pretty tough if you are sitting. No proof, but we suspect that the hotel manages the heating/cooling system at night. We both woke up in a sweat around 2-3 a.m. a couple of nights and were unable to regulate the room temp; the wall control seemed unresponsive. Curb your expectations a little and you'll be fine at this iBIS hotel..
