霍夫汉布格尔酒店 (Hamburger Hof Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The hotel was air conditioned which can be a rarity in Germany. The room was quiet and clean. It was located directly across from the train station. The breakfast was delicious and with good selection.

Room had good square footage for two people and was soundproof and we could see the train station across the street. Air conditioner cooled very well. Breakfast was as good as any but seemed overpriced at 15 euro per person. Staff was super friendly and helpful in navigating the area. The only complaint was the pillows were flat and not fitted in the pillowcase well.

Medium cleanliness AC in room didn't seem to work. Conveniently located

Got a lot of help. Room was very cool which was very much appreciated.

The hotel was a great place to stay with an early flight — we were able to catch an S bahn straight to the airport with no issues around 6am. The hotel’s air conditioner was broken while we were there which made for an unpleasant night of sleep. The staff offered cold drinks to compensate for the broken AC which was nice, but it was still pretty warm for sleeping and a cold drink only goes so far.

The air conditioning seems not work well.

Clean, very near hauptbanhof and comfortable stay. Recommended for stays before flights

Friendly receptionists, quick check-in. Clean and very quiet triple room thanks to the triple glazing, even though it faced the station. Good, strong shower and fridge in room was good for storing drinks that we bought in the near by shop. Area was fine, just a few dodgy streets around it however these can be avoided easily enough and no one bothered us. Didn't eat breakfast however it looked good. Air con didn't work well, didn't cool the room, that said we didn't mention it to the hotel and I've no doubt that if we did they'd have sorted it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I was there because of a looooong lay over at FRA. The facility is just across the street from the main train station that connects the airport and the city center. The price was affordable and the facility very clean and satisfactory.

4 nights stay, didn't have breakfast which was 15 euros. Hotel and staff excellent as is the location to main train station
