Everything was clean

Every floor was sticky when you walked on it

Staff was pleasant. The property was nice. They decorated the breakfast was very good. Beds were comfy and clean. Thank you.

Everything was very good. 10/10

Breakfast every morning was great. The staff was helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable stay. Good breakfast. Will return again.

There was lots of parking, which was included. The room was clean and breakfast was good. It would be nice if they offered a shuttle to the Staten Island ferry, I believe some local hotels offer one.

Clean and spacious room, easy parking and well located.

I had to change my own sheets the tub was dirty and so was the room still stuff on the floor

It is a well-kept older building. Friendly staff, convenient store at the front desk. Very good version of the Hampton Inn breakfast buffet, bacon every morning and the bagels were fresher than usual. Location was close enough too the Ferry, but the Ferry schedule can fluctuate on holiday weekends.
