The bathroom was very dirty, my 12 years old daughter didn’t even wanna have a shower in the bathroom. The basement/first floor rooms in Bay. Tower are terrible very old furnishing and the room smells terrible. The room advertising shows there should be a pull-up so far bad, however, it was not the case and we have two staying in a room with two double beds very small and uncomfortable for my kids. They also charge resource fee, which I was never told when I check in. It’s $44 per room per day and $20 for a third three years old kid to stay in the same room with parents. That’s absolutely insane. Honestly, this type of hotel and the Quarry of service shouldn’t exist in the city, such like San Diego. The hotel experience can easily destroy the whole traveling plan. We are talking about a $600 per night hotel and it’s literally worse than a Springhill hotel. You can find the next to the freeway. My whole family was very disappointed. This is my first time commenting Expedia, I wouldn’t do that if the experience wasn’t so bad like this. Book this hotel with cautious!

This hotel was the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The view was breath taking and the amenities were great. Will definitely be booking her in the future

My flight ended up being delayed and then eventually cancelled. Was messaging through the app that i would be late then not arriving which I have done many times with my bookings but never got a response or acknowledgment. I understand that i would not get my funds back but upset that there was no communication when i reached out.

The staff was great and very nice. Room was very clean and offered a great view. The smell of the hotel was really good, i was obsessed with finding out what fresher they use 😂. My husband was obsessed with the pool and hot tub

Our stay was disappointing, especially since it was a birthday trip for my girlfriend. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was hair in the shower, the body wash dispenser was empty, and it took over an hour and two calls to receive an extra blanket. These issues took away from what should have been a special experience. We’d appreciate your help with an appropriate resolution.
