Good

I dont drink alcohol but i have haf btrakfasts snd dinners at the Quadrant the bar staff are quick to help out hungry customers with the menu and tips about items they love - the quality of the food in house I would say 75% better than food ordered in and 40 to 50% cheaper.thats not to say the bars and cafes down town can be pretty amazing and they are situated an easy 5 mins walk downhill to Akld central from the Quadrant.

the staff were exceptional they went the extra mile I had chosen this hotel because of the in room cooking washing machine the airconditioner squealed all night the washing machine in my room broke down half way through my stay so all the clothing I needed for a meeting in Akld were wet - long story short I bought new clothes something definitely unplanned.. however the staff really worked hard to fix the washer to no avail- even as far as offering to take my washing and drying them the staff were amazing

Hotel was in good location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was very good.

Good view

Perfect little spot for a night away

The room was clean and tidy. Ok for a couple of nights. The price is great for being in Auckland city

The room wasfit for purpose and price. The couch was in desperate need of replacement as the springs had broken and you felt like you had to brace to stay on. Staff needed several modes of proof that I had paid a deposit on the room before refund therfore taking checkout time well over half an hour.

This was a great option for a business traveller, had a reasonable sized room in a central location at a good price. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A few bits of wear and tear on some doors etc., but everything worked. C

Room clean and heat pump on when entered the room
