Very clean, well-located four-star hotel just around the corner from the Palladium shopping mall and its extensive food court. Three Starbucks a block away from the hotel, which is also within easy walking distance of a Metro station, trams, the Old City and very affordable restaurants. We were in a suite. Lots of space. But It could have used a microwave and Nespresso machine in addition to the mini-fridge. King bed was comfortable. Shower was in a high-sided bathtub. Some might find that difficult to navigate. There’s a nice breakfast buffet, with lots of variety. We enjoyed our eight nights in the hotel and of course, in Prague, itself - lovely city whose locals can seem a bit dour. Or maybe they’re just understated in a way that I won’t pretend to understand or judge as a first-time visitor with little knowledge of Czech culture. The area around the hotel and from what we could tell, all of Prague, seemed very safe. Front door access to the hotel was via room card after 11 pm, and you needed to tap the card to get the elevator to ascend. Wife and I would stay at the hotel again.

Breakfast with many selections and fresh fruits.

Great hotel and very convenient location, walkable everywhere. I was happy with spa availability. Great helpful staff.

Clean rooms

Careful in the bathroom. The tub has a half screen so there is a lot of residue spray onto the floor. Also the tub is about a foot higher than the floor outside the tub so you have to be very careful getting out so not to slip and also ensure that your feet is placed the ground first.

Rooms and amenities are kept very clean. Great location to walk around. Staff are helpful

This is a very nice hotel in the center of Prague very accessible to sightseeing ,shopping ( it’s almost next to the Palladium shopping center) and very good restaurants like La Boca and Alforno Trattoria which serves delicious and affordable meals and drinks.The staff at the bar, restaurant and rooms are most friendly and accommodating. The reception staff were quick, polite and efficient Breakfast was good and had variety as well. The property is clean and smells amazing!

Great location and staff were helpful!

Price / value ratio really low. Room with no view. There is no pool or gym. Only sauna but managed independently with it own price. Food is excellent though and location is good. Nowadays for such prices we expect more.
