The staff were exceptionally helpful

Beautiful quiet setting. About 5 minutes from downtown. Free bus passes provided to get around town. We arrived to 5 elk on the property. Staff was unbelievable with accommodating requests. When we arrived there was a noisy family next door, so we asked if we could switch rooms. Despite having already been in our room for a few hours, they found us a new room with no neighbours. We needed a fork and housekeeping was there within minutes. Our TV wasn't working and maintenance came and replaced box within minutes as well. It was a phenomenal stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment style room we got was great, lots of space and amenities in the room. The location to city was awesome with the hotel providing us a free bus pass which helped a lot! The elevator and laundry are both closed permanently so be prepared to hand wash and lug your stuff up stairs.

Clean room

Very high cost for a very old property. Fairly good location with a bus into town. Lots of wildlife, but very very old.

Everything was so clean and well spaced out. It was a great place to stay on our road trip after a few nights in a tight hotel room! The waterslides were an added bonus, the kids had a blast!

Good

For the price, this place is quite outdated & run down. It wasn’t necessarily dirty but it didn’t feel overly clean (ex. Old raggedy couch, worn out carpets). It was nice to have a parking spot right outside the room.

Very nice place to go

Pictures look way better than rooms are. Its like a 1950s homes, not maintained w wall papers peeling rooms smelling of old wet carpet and bedroom w Fan cable broken. Very disappointed w what we got for the price and rating Expedia had. They dont even have place for buying water and food; just be aware.
