上海漕河泾开发区润升希尔顿花园酒店 (Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The people at the front desk weren't particularly friendly and their english was poor. The room hardly had any outlets and no USB ports. They haven't seemed to update their property in 30 years. I was very unsure about the potability of the water and even though the room was spacious, it was just very outdated

Very nice and cozy hotel.

This was my second stay in Ramada hotel. The first one was good that's why I decided to stay here again. Unfortunately, this time I was placed in a room next to the staff room. I guess this is where they store all the toiletries and towels for the guest rooms. During my stay, especially at night and early morning, I could hear noises from the staff room. I was very much disappointed with the room that was given to me.

Clean and quite hotel next to caohejing hi tech park. Good value and location for business trip around that area. Will stay again.

The hotel room condition is getting a bit used up; in the slow process of renovating the rooms

The hotel has shuttle bus service to CaoHeJing High Tech Park every morning. The reason I chose this hotel. In the hotel lobby it needs more couch/sofa/seat in the lobby for guests. There are only 5 seats available. While I was there for 3 days I could not find a seat every day. Going into the room, it's too dark in the hall way. In the room, the door latch is broken. The room is not spacious. There is no convenient stores nearby. I had to walk several blocks away 10+ minutes to eat and shop. The price is reasonable.

No mall within walking distance. A 5~10min walk to Sunway station. Food in restaurant is typical hotel food. Room is abit old fashion and dark.

food quality is very bad lot of oil and smell in the food, if you are vegetrian then its very difficult stay in the hotel

The front desk service was not informative and proactive.

The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The surrounding is quite inconvenient if not because it's business travel. There is one subway station nearby that can take you to more crowded area quickly, but no stores or restaurants nearby. Other than that, it's all good.
