Great one-night stay in Ankara. The hotel was exceptionally clean and highly convenient for a quick trip. A special thanks to the front desk team, who were incredibly helpful during my stay. Highly recommended!

Fabulous helpful professional staff, very clean room. Two issues- breakfast was ok, and the AC was set up at 18C, which is too warm for some of the days.

This stay at the Occidental was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean and felt dirty overall, like housekeeping barely touched it. The amenities were advertised like a benefit but in reality they were a joke and poorly maintained. The room layout/setup didn’t feel right or comfortable, and the bedroom view was a letdown to the point it felt misleading. On top of that, the room had no drinks or snacks, which is such a basic expectation at a hotel. The bathroom was the final straw: the shower was moldy, visibly grimy, and honestly disgustingly dirty. I spent the whole stay feeling uncomfortable. This was easily one of the WORST hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’d never return.

Great stay for short vacations or business. It was a very satisfying experience in the heart of Ankara. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would like to thank the entire team for their support and professionalism. . Thank you.
