机场奇异果酒店 (Auckland Airport Kiwi Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

I needed a one night stay near the airport after a flight cancellation. The first room I was given had mould growing across the bathroom ceiling. I walked back down stairs - no lift and requested another room. No apology and no suprise shown by the hotel worker. The best thing I can say about the hotel is that the sheets appeared to be clean and there were mattress protectors. The mattress was saggy and uncomfy. The decor is desperately tired with flaking chipped paint, not only in the room but also the doors and corridors. The picture frames all had grubby marked glass. The wifi was not great - my laptop would not connect, only my phone. The restaurant food was bland although the waiter was attentive. I doubt this hotel has much repeat custom but get by on folks like me with flight cancellations. I expect more for $100 and I do not recommend this hotel.

show what the rooms actually had as i saw a door leading to the next room

Room was very clean, plenty of parking, dining was good

Very convenient and well priced . Bus from/to airport that runs often & is included in room rate is a great incentive. Booked at last minute after airflight was cancelled due to weather.

All was good and I wish we have more motels like this in Auckland

Great option to stay here for a few hours sleep after arriving into Auckland at 1am from our flight. 24hr service desk made check in easy.

One lamp for 3 people No charging ports next to beds

Easy transition, close to Airport and shuttle service.

NOT SATISFIED

All good within this price range. Bathrooms could be improved there were no hook for the towels
