库达姆阿勒图酒店 (aletto Hotel Kudamm)

The location is great because it is a 5-minute walk to the Zoologischer Garten S- and U-Bahn stations allowing you to easily visit all of Berlin. Be sure to download the BVG app to buy the 48-, or 72-hour City Tour Card.

Hotel was basic No fridge, no tea or coffee making facilities The location was not great. Very close to two metro stations but to get to hotel from either nearby metro station involved a lot of "undesirables"/street-drinkers. Many congregated near the street entrance to the hotel. Would not recommend to any all-female or young travellers, especially if getting back to hotel late at night

The Fri r desk morning staff was so great! The room was very small for a party of four.

The hotel itself is not that bad, and it located in the center (almost) of (West) Berlin. The staff, however, was below par: unfriendly, unaccomodating, and not very helpful. I will certainly not stay there again next time I am in Berlin.

Amenities are nice, location is nice, staff is generally friendly. The room and bed were not very comfortable in my opinion.

Convenient location with easy access to the zoo (which is a fantastic day out) and the train station. Friendly staff on reception. Our family room was comfortable and an adequate size for the 4 of us. Unfortunately, our shower had a blocked drain which smelt terrible. We reported this on several occasions but it did not get looked at. We appreciate that the hotel was fully booked and so it wasn't possible for us to move to a different room, and we were given a voucher for 4 x free drinks as a goodwill gesture, but it did spoil our enjoyment. Additionally, our room wasn't cleaned once in our 3 night stay.

Clean, modern perfect location. Front desk is very friendly.

Good quality for the price, 3 mins away from Berlin Zoo train station and Ku'Damm. WiFi connection didn't work for the whole duration of the stay.

Todo bien. Es un hotel grande, que recibe muchos grupos de estudiantes, pero la verdad eso no fue para nada una molestia. El personal fue siempre muy amable y la habitación bastante cómoda.

Hotel was spotless, room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the shower was great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Ahmed, who brought our drinks to the table 👍😀
