First time at this hotel, the room we had was very clean as was the rest of the hotel that we saw although we did not eat there and were not in the hotel very long as we were attending a concert. The only staff we met were on reception but they were very good and the only problem for me was the hotel is a little out of the way for me as a disabled person but it was easy enough to get a taxi

Stayed for ice hockey, great location.

Nice clean room, decent facilities. No real complaints

Room clean and adequate breakfast excellent.

Smooth check in. Like the situation of the car park, right next door. Room a bit tired but ok, it was clean but the only complaint we had was no ceiling lights! Room very dark, as just 2 bedside lights.

Il problema principale è che la struttura ha i suoi anni e c’è un odore di stantii nei corridoi e nelle camere che non possono usufruire del ricambio dell’aria. Staff cortese e premuroso. I pregi sono la amerà silenziosa e l’ubicazione permette di arrivare comodamente in centro a piedi. La qualità del ristorante è buona.

Zsolt at reception was so helpful and made checking in fast and easy. The room on the 14th floor had fantastic views. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing on a 32 degree day. The breakfast was well worth the extra.

Good hotel and location. The staff were lovely and friendly. Great eating places very near by. Have stayed here many times.
