The staff was great and helpful. The location was good too not too far from the Royal Mile and the main city attractions. Overall, a good hotel for staying in Edinburgh with modest prices and good food.

Only stayed one night but staff very polite and helpful room was a decent size and very clean

Clean room, staff were excellent, breakfast lovely. Hotel was in pretty good decore. Bedroom could do wish refurbishment. Also carpet in hotel.could do with replacing. Loved the plants and artwork.of Edinburgh architecture. Pool and spa were lovely.

All Good, Enjoyed breakfasts, also dined in bar & restaurant.

Bathrooms are very small & dated.

Very good hotel with good housekeeping. Very friendly staff and nice amenities such as the pool/sauna area incl vapor sauna. About 20 mins from the old town area, which we found all ok (car or bus easy access). The Delta hotel accepted a small pet which is a clear positive aspect in an environment of ever increasing rejection of pets. Recommended.

The social men's water closet by the fitness room should be cleaned daily. Used it twice and it was not par to the rest of the amenities and rooms.
