Very helpful and nice staff. A very good hotel. Breakfast selection was large and nice.

We love the location in front of river and nearby lots of eateries, dragon bridge and Han market. Lots of massage places. The breakfast buffet has good selections. The only downside was the mini fridge. We turned to coldest setting and it was cool only, not cold. Overall, we enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

I stayed here for 4 nights from 06/14/26 to 06/18/26. The room I booked came 2 twin bed and added a roll out bed. Good size room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet surprisingly really good so I recommend including it in your booking. The pool upper floor was disappointing as it was small and closed room so you kinda smell the vapor/ dampness in the roof. The rooftop really not usable as they dont open until 4pm and wasnt really a bar type seating. So if you're planning to hit the roof bar and chill while your family in the room, it may disappoint you. However, if you're just looking for good location to stay for your family while you're here in da nang with friendly staff and good buffet, this be the place for you. Overall I would rate this place 4 out of 5. Hope you find review helpful.

The breakfast had a lot of variety & was good (except the mashed potatoes were barely warm one morning). The staff are helpful & friendly. We had our room cleaned, new sheets & towels but all of our empty bottles & cans on the bench next to kettle were left as well as dirty glasses.

Stayed at Brilliant Hotel for about 8 nights in April 2026. The staff there were great and really helpful. Michael, the customer care captain provided recommendations for where to eat and what to do. He also helped to find a lost mobile phone. The buffet breakfast had some good variety and quality was great overall. The room was clean and in good condition. Bottled water was provided daily. There was no iron/ironing board in the room though. Location was in the heart of the Hai Chau district, so in close proximity to many places. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the location for nearly a week and found it to be clean, with a lovely view and a very convenient location. There's a variety of food options in the area and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was excellent as well. Michael was especially helpful in booking tours, suggesting enjoyable activities, and even assisting us in retrieving a forgotten bag at the airport before departure! Overall, the hotel offered excellent value and friendly, attentive service from the staff. We would heartily recommend staying here! Thank you very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brilliant Hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, had all the amenities, great room, great beds (we like a firm bed), large lobby area. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes. The best part of the hotel was the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, helping with bookings and arranging some travel. Every one of them made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend the Brilliant Hotel.
