Great breakfast

The staff was super helpful and kind. The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and it was a great location.

Nice hotel, clean with good communication to the Stockholm city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious, but very minimal amenities (no fridge or water). But kind and helpful staff.

Spotless and great staff

Very efficient. Did exactly what it said on the tin. Property in excellent condition and restaurant very good. A few extras (creature comforts) missing from the room - a little bare - but still very adequate.

Practically there is no service. No phone in the room. You have to go yourself to the front disk to get toilet paper! You have to request the room cleaning more than once evryday. No room service. No electric water kettle in the room. Limited choice in the breakfast menu. In summary: the worst experience I ever had, which was shared by all colleagues who attended the conference and stayed in this hotel.

Very convenient if you have work in Kista!

Nice hotel

I love everything about the hotel, the only concern for me is the lack of a window or balcony for fresh air.

The Hotel is only 6 stops from the airport with 3 minutes waking from the station. Also 5 stops away via train to the City Centre . Staff were great and food at the premises are top qualities. I will recommend the Hotel to all
