A quiet, cool refuge within central Siem Reap. Very helpful and friendly staff and concierge and an excellent restaurant.

Very well kept. Staff are friendly

Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

Amazing! Staff were so kind. Very cool place

The front desk staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Well spoken with smiles. They had solutions to questions and always delivered well thought answers with positive results. Thanks.

Pretty central to everything in Vietnam. If you want street foods, you got it, if you want restaurants, plenty nearby w/ AC. If you want shopping, Vincom Mall is just 4 minutes walk on foot with (again) plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, boba, etc. Did not try breakfast since I like to sleep in on vacation and just go eat nearby whenever I wake up. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I chat for 20 minutes during check in with Johnny about Da Lat since I just returned from a 3 days trip there. Oh a bonus, free laundry with detergent on the 2nd floor with dryer. Tiny tiny gym w/ sauna and pool on the 12th floor, that you would have to walk up two floors (elevator only go to the 10th floor). Overall, excellent location and staffs. Oh there's a coffeeshop right in front of the lobby, I go there almost daily for them "Vietnamese iced coffee".

Staff was great and very helpful

Nice clean and centrally located hotel. Staff were very helpful especially with a package going there after I checked out.

Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, had a great stay here would recommend and will look out for it in future!

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was very clean. I found amenities like the pool, sauna, and laundry facility quite nice. Would stay there again during a future visit to HCMC.
