Great location and well maintained facility.

hilton is fine but location is a bit out of the way. very competitive market in shanghai so ok if you get a good deal.

Elegantly decorated- boutique style :) Excellent breakfast selection Excellent staff service

The room is clean and comfy. The staff is friendly and efficient. The property location is good for exploring the Former French Concession neighbourhood and its many eateries, shops and attractions.

Clean everything. Layout of room is a little odd, but nothing bad

The hotel staff were very helpful in accepting my food deliveries and parcels, and used robots to deliver them to my room efficiently.

I really appreciated how every staff member and to name a few names that we can remember - Sabrina and every staff in the executive lounge, the new executive chef Matt, and his team of waiting staff and chefs, conceige staff Mark and his team. We had a rocky trip because my husband became unwell in the trip but their caring and personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile has eased the pain to some extent. A big Thank You 😊

Good location! Modern room

Clean spacious room. Enjoy my stay, only feedback is the pillows are too flat

Spacious, modern and clean room. Upgraded at check in, friendly staff during check in and check out. Great location.
