Great team very helpful and supportive. Thanks a lot. Great location. I think the mattress need to be renewed.

its in the heart of the city, very close to everything, nice location

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great and close to almost everything. Our room was on a quiet side of the building and we had absolutely no noise at night, which was perfect for resting. The staff were polite, kind, and very helpful. The breakfast could be a bit better, but overall we had a good experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Had a very good experience

Friendly staff, clean and cosy, easy access to istiklal

Great place, handy to everything

Breakfast is very limited, but it’s ok for this price range. Staff is amazing and very helpful! Nice shopping experience nearby. I would stay again next time.

Room was way too Dark, always look a like it is midnight. we never noticed when the sun is out. Check my posted photos in google.

Excellent service

The stay was generally okay, but there was always a “but.” For example: a nice TV, but no signal; Wi-Fi available, but the password didn’t work (and once the staff entered the correct one, the signal was very weak); a pleasant terrace, but overlooking the indoor breakfast patio; a marble bathroom, but with a cheap plastic shampoo dispenser. Breakfast was free, but no espresso was offered, the orange juice jug was constantly empty, and there were no hot options. The one aspect I was truly happy with was the staff—their warm attitude and helpfulness stood out and made the experience much better.
