Excellent staff and service. Connected restaurant for included breakfast (if added on) was good, friendly, and reliable. Room was clean and location was excellent for walking to many districts or an even shorter taxi ride.

一般 The stay was disappointing. The room was tiny, and the bed was uncomfortable: the mattress sagged right in the middle, and the pillows were bad.
The team at reception seemed to do the bare minimum; they weren't rude, but the service lacked any warmth. The luggage delivery company (external from the hotel) damaged our suitcase, and the reception team repeatedly questioned us ("Are you sure it wasn't already broken?"), which made the whole situation uncomfortable.
