The only really great thing about this hotel is the view from the room. There is a lot of stair to get there (you are 3/4 of the way to the viewpoint so it's a bonus) so bear that in mind. Room was average. The catch is that you have to request the room to be cleaned, otherwise no fresh towels. No trash pickup and no toilet paper.... There is also a lot of ants, especially in the bathroom...

This place is UNDER RATED! We had probably one of the best views on the island, our hotel was at the top and it was stunning. Our room was really spacious with a huge bed and balcony, nice large bathroom and super clean. The only reason this place isnt getting better reviews is because of the hike up the hill. However the hotel will carry your luggage up and down for you, just be prepared if you stay to do a lot of stair climbing, it was fine for us because we left for the day and only came back to go to bed so only had to deal with the stair climb up once a day.

Room good condition though couple of small defects, inc. bedside light not working and balcony door not closing properly. Breakfast was a set menu, which was limiting in choice. Location is double edged sword as steps to hotel a challenge, though room had good views and hotel near to the ‘viewpoints’ hike.

Nice to be outside of the busy city center. Nice bathroom with separate shower area. Great view. Music from the bars carries to the hotel, so earplugs were nice to have for sleeping. Stairs were not as bad as other reviewers said. Good onsite restaurant.

No lift. Be prepared for steps. No cars etc in town. Amazing view. Extra for credit card

The breakfast was not very good. I was expecting a buffet and it was not. The room is average and the energy is quite unstable. The sink and the toilet had problems. It is very noisy in the mornings with people talking outside

There are a lot of stairs to the property which is worth noting before booking. Staff at reception could be warmer with their service. The views are breathtaking and the property is close to the viewpoints. There is. Restaurant on site. Room was clean and comfortable.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at! The most stunning views from my balcony over Phi Phi / set up on the mountainside on the way up towards the viewpoint. Be warned there are no cars or taxis on phi phi and it’s quite a walk up from the port up a steep hill with steps at the end the resort is built into storeys on the mountainside - wouldn’t recommend it or Phi Phi at all of you had walking difficulties however great communication before my arrival - staff met me from the ferry and carried all my luggage from the port to check in at reception and then to my room - incredible. Also my ferry to Ao Nang being the last departure of the day 1700 I was expecting to have to carry my luggage to the port myself - as they have a timetable of luggage runs to the port the last being 2 or 3pm which was way too early for me having a lot of luggage and fully prepared to take this myself. However the lovely staff helped me down the steep steps regardless which was a massive help - staff were wonderful, place was wonderful - rooms were spacious and really comfy bed and huge bathroom - Was truly like waking up in paradise just wish I could have stayed longer! Would love to come back!
