Very friendly and outgoing staff, nice location

Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!

Our host, Hernan, was simply amazing. True Ecuadorian hospitality! Location was perfect, a quick walk from the main Plaza and Basilica. Food was delicious and room really comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Hernan was so amazingly helpful in guiding us on what to see and how to see them as well as reserved massages and dinner times for us. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our king sized bed was so cozy. We will be back to stay for sure.

The breakfasts were a highlight. We were always asked what time we wanted breakfast and each day we were greeted with a healthy, tasty and Ecuadorian breakfast and fresh juice. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic Old Town but on the outskirts so there is little noise. For us a highlight was being able to watch the New Year's Eve tradition of burning effigies right outside of our window because it is in a residential neighbourhood. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. The hotel owner host Hernan was another highlight. He was always present, always helpful and had great suggestions that helped to enhance our stay. One of us got ill from the altitude and he was very attentive and concerned. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a personalised experience that feels like a private home and if you want to be in the historic district

Now, let’s talk about the food, amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it. Each meal was a delightful experience, bursting with local flavors and ingredients. If you're a foodie, you're in for a treat. But what really sets this place apart is the service. Harnan went above and beyond, helping us design personalized tours based on our interests. We had a private driver and car, making it so easy to explore the area at our own pace. And if that wasn't enough, they organized custom massages inspired by ancient Andean rituals, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would. Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures offers a perfect blend of history, luxury, and personal care that makes every moment of your stay special. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures was a wondeful place to stay for our visit to Quito. It is located in a great spot to explore the old town on foot, with easy access to the basilica as well as the various plazas and many places to eat and shop. However, the true highlight is definitely the manager Hernan! He is a warm and lovely host that is full of knowledge and is eager to help you enjoy Quito. The breakfasts were also very nice, local cuisine with fresh fruit juices. Highly recommend!
