(Starhotels Tuscany)

The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts of thievery and one physical attack. It is not a safe place.

Clean, good staff It was good

Clean and close to the airport

Tram is located across the street from the hotel. Easy to get downtown without having to fight crowds.

Parking súper

Amazing Hotel. The staff very helpful. The restaurant extremely good and the food! The Fron desk personnel incredibly helpful. We suffered, with other arrangements, a total disaster but this hotel saved the trip to Florence. They parking available for customers at no additional cost. Great find!

Beautiful, safe, friendly.

Great location. Tram opposite. Supermarket. Couple of restaurants. Great parking Lovely reception staff. Rooms nice and clean Lovely food in the restaurant and drinks in the bar

Not ample parking but room was very nice
