Clean place and has air conditioning

I stayed only one night out of a 3-night booking. Switched hotels the next morning. When I first arrived, I was offered a room that didn’t remotely resemble the room I booked via Expedia. The room was small, and the air conditioning didn’t work, which I assume the hotel was aware of, given there was a floor fan in the room. While the reception switched rooms for me, both rooms smelled like mold, which kept me up the first night as I felt the smell in my throat. I was shocked by the state of the bathroom (rusty, chipping tiles, although relatively clean), loud creaking floors, and the general dinginess of the entire hotel. On top of that, one of the elevators didn’t work, which made going up and down very lengthy. I'll note that I asked if both elevators work when I emailed the property ahead of time, as I read about the issue with the elevator, and they replied that everything is working properly. I requested a refund and never heard back. DON'T BOOK!!!

Smaller boutique style Hotel that was very nicely updated and clean. In a superb location! Highly recommend this hotel.

We chose the property for the location - which was brilliant. However, the bathrooms were very ‘tired’ and musty. Clean and tidy space.

This property was at the perfect location. Availbaility of lift access and aircon was a big plus for us. The staff was very helpful. We had a comfortable stay.
