EN酒店涩谷 (Shibuya Hotel En)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The room was spacious, but one of our beds was uneven and the shower room door is class and you can see into it from your room.

Convenient location. Close to restaurant, shopping, and of course Dhibuya crossing. I had the two bed room and the size is pretty big compared to the Japanese standard.

Very dusty in rooms. Mold and dusty vents. Poor air quality as it was too dusty. GREAT LOCATION IN SHIBUYA.

Very close to everything in shibuya and its station, staff were super helpful and daily room service was extremely nice. 10/10 recommend for people who wanna explore Shibuya and need a central hotel

Great location if you planning to visit Shibuya. No breakfast available but there’s plenty of places around to go eat, no gym or pool. Room was great. Staff was friendly.

Great location and very comfortable room. Look forward to staying again. Thanks

Great location, good amenities. Presence of a laundry inhouse would make it even better

Great location

I was shocked by the facilities and maintenance level of the hotel. There are molds in bathroom, wall, curtains, etc. and the room smells stinky. There is no fan in bathroom so the moisture from night shower seems to stay there overnight even till morning. Room is so tiny that there is hardly space after I put my luggage. Overall experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this to anyone till all hotels in Shibuya have been sold out.

Although the room was quite small even for Japan standard. It is very clean and amenities are always refilled. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Location very convenient. Right across family mart and 7 11. Block away from Lawson. 10 star for location, staff and amenities.
