一般 Very disappointed, the main thing you want is a comfortable bed not a bed that could've been mistaken with the floor. Woke up sore every day we stayed not feeling rested. Also bathroom needed to be cleaner. And aircon seemed locked on the one temp. Should be controlled by customer.

For a country traveller it was very easy to find a couple of trams and a train.

Staff informed us parking was across the road after we had parked, there were no signs to inform us, TV didn’t work, reception staff were quit haphazard, the night attendant was excellent, bed was comfortable

We loved our stay. Yes a budget hotel but fantastic staff, well located and the great price it is hard to go elsewhere. Our room on level 5 was whisper quite, the bed and pillows better than some five star hotels we have stayed at.

很好 Rooms are little worn but maintained and perfectly adequate. Bathrooms had been updated. Location was fantastic, 24 reception and daily room keeping are nice to have.

很好 Carpet in very poor condition, in room & hall ways. Had no bin liners in bins. But it was nice to have mugs to drink out of instead of little cups.

很好孩子同行
The location of this property was perfect. The food outlets and shopping around the hotel made it easy to get around. We also liked the 3 beds in the one room as it was perfect for our family. The bathroom was large and clean.
