索美罗酒店 - 堤奇诺 (Hotel Sommerau-Ticino)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Well priced hotel which is very close to the railway station. Simple and clean.

Sad to say this has been the worst hotel experience, The rooms are like saunas in the summer with 40 degrees no air conditioning and no fan, rude and condescending front desk staff not helpful at all when we asked for a fan they said to take a cold shower instead. The air conditioning is somehow stronger in the hallway of the hotel but none in the rooms.

Terrible stay, 30oC in room, no aircon, no fans available- told to “take a cold shower” instead

Ac was not working front desk agent told me take it is is or leave

Easy to find and very handy place. Close to public transport and Aldi

It was good that near the station but there was a construction during our stay in summer

great location recommended

We arrived and the room promised was unavailable. The staff was willing to move us to the only other choice, less than 80sf for 2. My daughter and I were willing to share a room but the bed was a small sized "full' bed. The onsite restaurants were all closed and there were no nearby options. Staff reported they were renovating. Key card was keyed to the wrong door. While waiting for a resolution a large group came in and many of their cards were wrong. Our only solution was to leave and find a new hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Excellent hotel and breakfast with a reasonable price.

Air conditioning doesn’t work, so you need to open the windows, means noisy and mosquitoes
