Excellent experience. Very clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding!

1. Bathroom hand washing liquid was leaking but couldn’t fix the issue until I showed them the root cause ( bottle was leaking ) 2. The took the soiled towel but didn’t replenish with new ones on last day while checking out. Could be a silly mistake but didn’t ruin my shower experience for sure!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff from the Bellhop to the check in, dinning and house keeping staff. they were always willing to help. If any one individual was not proficient in english they usually find someone who is to help.

AC was not cooling and they didn’t seem to be able to understand or fix the issue

We opted for Superior Room, 1 Queen Bed. Upon arrival we were given a standard double bed room. The room was too small and cramped. We had 4 large suitcases and had therefore opted for a bigger room. When I spoke to reception about the assigned room being incorrect, they said that this was the biggest room they had in the property and all their bed sizes are standard. If this is the case they should not be advertising Queen size bed and superior rooms as that is clearly misleading. The toilet and bathroom were also in poor condition, and had really bad smell, I had to use my perfume to clear out the smell.

Nice staff, courteous. Small rooms, Bathrooms. Messy Soap dispensers.

Everything about this hotel was cheap, dated and had seen better times. The staff was indifferent. I was the only one in their “restaurant” and I was completely ignored. I guess they were busy doing - nothing. I picked this hotel because they said it was close to the airport and they provided transportation. It took 20 minutes and they charged $15. It is not worthy of the Marriott name.

Rooms were not clean, toilet has rust, mirror had paint. Breakfast is good. The hotel needs serious renovation. Staff is good.
