Basic. If just want somewhere to sleep. Room was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately my stay was not the most comfortable. The heating fluctuated quite a bit and I could hear the person above my room walking around which was quite disruptive to my sleep.

The property is in good location but we stayed in room 908 and the room above make very disturbing noise start from 7 am to midnight so my two nights were very long nights. The property manager need to do something about this

Reception not open until 9am is a pain but staff were wonderful. A lot of mould in the shower was a worry.

Staff support was disappointing. A request for bath towels at 8:00 a.m. was delayed until 9:30 a.m. The TV remote in our room was not working due to dead batteries, and despite reporting this by phone and at reception, the request was not communicated and we were asked to wait. Additionally, even though we kept the key cards away from our phones as instructed, all three cards eventually stopped working.
