Arrived and told us they had no rooms available. I had booked 5 months in advanced and confirmed via phone weeks before. They took my money and did not provide service I paid for.

Central location, great breakfast buffet, welcoming staff and very nice room.

Location was perfect !

Everthink was excellent

Loved the quiet, well appointed room. Food at the You bar was excellent and very friendly staff. Plan on staying there again!

Fantastic hotel, amazingly friendly and attentive staff. No problem was too much for them. We were lucky to have one of the 8th floor rooms with the skyline view over the city. Room was very modern, bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of powerpoints, in the right locations, as we have cpap machines and these need to be close to the bed or they become a night time trip hazard. Concierge team were exceptional, especially Rolly, whose suggestions for dining or transport were spot on. Really central location for the Opera, the Spanish Riding School and the Musikverein. Breakfast was good and plenty of it, bar staff were knowledgeable about the local drinks. This is definitely where we will stay on any return trip to Vienna

Breakfast was good but the plates forks glasses coffee cups were not clean enough everything smelled like eggs and the coffee cups had spots of coffee inside the cups not in all of them but in some a pickup were like that

Great location. Walking distance to main areas. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was ok

The room was spacious and clean, the bathrooms were outdated and not so clean. Sink was way too big for the space, and the counter space was very small!
