They gave us a room which was already given to another person. We told them about it they were surprised and took lots of time to give us another room

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. When I booked it, I had no idea the river right next to the property was such a popular spot where people jump from the bridge into the water. Getting to experience that was an unexpected bonus! We loved the location and all the amenities. I highly recommend staying here 100% recommended!

一般 We had reserved two rooms for our family months in advance. When we arrived after the 3:00 PM check-in time, only one of the two rooms was available. We had to wait close to one hour for the second room. Then, the next day we came back to the hotel in the afternoon and our key would not open one of the two rooms, so we had to go down to the front desk. The people there said that they had to run our credit card again, even though we had already used the card to pay for the entire stay.
Throughout our interactions with the front desk people they were easily confused and appeared to be undertrained.

Despite being packed with guests, the hotel was remarkably quiet. Everything was within walking distance. I asked a staff member where the cigar bar was, and she told me the hotel only had a regular bar. Skeptical, I went to the lobby and asked the bartender, who immediately pointed me to the cigar bar. The property is so large that even some staff members don’t seem to know about all of its amenities.
