Language barrier influenced quality of service to me. Room clean but not as expected.

Look a lot better in the pictures online than it actually is in person. Libby is nice but the rooms are very basic and old. Some of the staff was extremely rude.

A great hotel in the north of Milan. It was very easy to go from there to the city center, but also to the MXP airport at our last day. Parking was no problem. The hotel is very well maintained, there are restaurants and shops around. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great. We will come back, when we are traveling to Milan next time!

Very nice stay, and spacious room, with a mini bar, tv and powerful hair dry. The outside space is beautiful. The gym is a great add-on too.

Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good .
