The hotel was lovely. We were there in a heat wave and it had great air conditioning. They have an elevator and the staff told us all the things to see in the city. Orvieto is a must see in Italy. It was the highlight of our trip.

The beds were hard and the communication was poor so unable to access the Air Conditioning our first night. We left a day early from our reservation since it was horrible. I usually leave great reviews but here the only positive aspect was the view at night.

Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood.
There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty.
Breakfast was good.
Overall, not worth the money.

Nice hotel, first time here. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Near a nightclub, so not the quietest place on a Friday or Saturday night, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Clean, comfortable rooms and reasonable prices.
