Staff was super nice and helpful. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people who were louder at night. Had AC and our place was surprisingly spacious

Everyone was so helpful, and the hotel was comfortable

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Any little issues that came up were quickly dealt with. A great stay.

We booked a room for 4, and were given a superior executive triple. The room was very clean but it was extremely small, there was barely any room to move around. In our room, the door to the bathroom and the main door were awkwardly placed where if the bathroom door is open even just a bit, you can’t open the main door. The included breakfast was very enjoyable and offered many options. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. If travelling in the near future, note that there is quite a bit of construction happening in the area near this hotel.

Breakfast and the dining room staff were excellent. Young staff at the front desk were helpful though some of the older gentleman were a little stuffy. ALOT of construction in the area making walking a little difficult but still doable.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, love the staff and the hotel is awesome!

The property has lots of road works … which increases the cost of any taxi trips … the reception staff were always helpful and we had an early check in … irons are not available to the room there is an ironing room … I checked with the hotel before we traveled and took our own steamer… the breakfast has a good selection the staff again were great … we ate at the hotel bar one night and the food options and food were good .

For our first time in Florence, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. They directed us to everything we needed at every turn. The hotel restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet! Overall this was a very memorable family vacation and much of it had to do with the hotel amenities and staff!
