Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing.

Excellent Location, Clean, nice staff. The room in new building was modern and clean.

Good location, very clean. My only complaint is that there are steps once you get off the elevator

The reception person kind of pushy as calling to the room at 11:05 for checking out which allow no window of lateness after normal checking at 11:00 am

Room was clean, water pressure was good, WiFi was a bit slow at times, staff was great.

Grrat staff, great breakfast, grrat location.

Perfect

I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay. It is in a great location close to the station but in a nice neighborhood. I walked everywhere ; the ghetto, piazza Navona, Spanish steps, Monti and Villa Borghese. Most were less than 30 minutes away. There are also tons of buses that depart from Termini station. My room was large with high ceilings and a large bathroom with a tub. The only thing I found strange was the type of bidet. You could open the windows and the bed was very comfy. I also enjoyed the little lobby lounge while I was waiting for my room. And to my surprise breakfast was included. It was very substantial and varied. Excellent doppio cappuccino! The front desk staff all spoke English and were super helpful. Ill be staying here again

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near main attractions. The room was quite small and felt a bit tight, but overall comfortable. A bit on the expensive side, but the service and location make up for it.

Lovely hotel and the concierge was friendly and helpful. I was only there for the night. Very close to the train station.
