Reception staff excellent. Professional and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and towels changed daily. Yes it's a little tired but did not take away from the overall value and fantastic location.

Very bad mattress horror

The room was good. The reception woman was rude the man was nice. The breakfast was good with good variety but the scrambled eggs were always cold because they forgot to put the fire under the egg container and sometimes people left the lid off of it after taking their eggs. The biggest problem is that everything at breakfast had sugar in it except for the eggs and the cheese. They could offer some Media Luna and yogurt choices that don't have sugar.

Hotel Grand King is a nice hotel in a good location close to the Obelisco and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The reason I am giving such a high score, however, is due to the staff - Patricia in particular - who went above and beyond in trying to help when my luggage was delayed. Muchos gracias Patricia!

Virtually no Air CON，When to ask and was told there is only ventilation. The room gets warm all the time despite outside temperature is below twenty degree.

The Room I stay second time was too noisy the air condition makes a lot of noise. Patricia was very helpful the rest not good.

No hubo aire un par de veces, las fotos no en realidad hacen buena referencia al lugar, varias goteras en el primer piso…

The property needs a major renovation. The ceiling leaked in the lobby. Wet spots in the carpets. Lobby door didn't close properly. A/C never cooled our room. We where hot the entire stay.

I like the location very much, the service is good and it is convenient to eat.

Very good location. Very good front desk staff. Very good air conditioning(compare with stay 3 weeks ago).
