Room was nice and amenities within standard in a hotel of this class. Watch out for rooms facing the inner courtyard as this is where the restaurant is located and they play music from 07:30 until 22:30 - just don't do it - it's loud, affects your travellers who are on business and trying to sleep and also disturbs generally. The hotel has no other ammenities and is quiet because it is down a restricted street in alfama - so plan longer to enter and leave. Some staff are brilliant, others are bad and will not do anything to help

Perfect Alfama location. Air conditioning was great during the heat wave. Really comfortable and charming!

Room had an efficient layout. Temperature control was much appreciated. Water temperature and pressure were good.
Staff were friendly. The buffet-style breakfast with option for made-to-order eggs, pancakes, etc. was a good value.
Looking forward to discovering Vincci Alfama properties in other cities.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! Great suggestions and made it effortless handling our transportation needs from/to airport, booking reservations for tours and dinners. They’re hospitality went above and beyond!

The staff was very helpful. Being in the "old town" added to the experience.
