Very clean,FOOD WAS EXCELLANT..location was perfect

The first room we were put in was on the 5th floor. Dusty headboard, musty smell and the AC didn’t work. They changed our room to the 11th floor and was much better, but I was turned off by the first impression.

The room was clean and the staff were very kind and attentive.

This hotel is conveniently located in Downtown Denver proving convenient access to most attractions and services. Friendly and efficient staff. Quick check in process

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The air conditioner in our room did not work, and instead of repairing the issue or moving us to another room, we were given a boxed fan. The sink made loud noises as if it was about to back up, and to make matters worse, we found hair on the bed sheets. Between the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and the inadequate response to our concerns, the overall experience was far below expectations. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Our stay was awful. First at the pool when a teenaged girl and boy were in the ladies restroom. Made it very awkward whem swimming. And they put us in a room that was next to the elevator, where you could hear the elevators moving everying 30 seconds. Talk about a literal headache for 2 days. Just awful

This was a very nice , clean hotel. The staff was professional and friendly. It was a nice stay.

Amazing staff. The valet guys were the best!

Quiet, clean, beautiful

Our room was very hot at night. Even with the thermostat set as low as it could go (65) the room was still very easily in the mid to upper 70’s. The ceiling in our bathroom was also falling apart, not something I’d expect from a $175 Hyatt Room. Definitely expected better.
