Budget hotel just 5 min walk to Kleopatra Beach, IMHO the best beach on all Antalya coast.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. From the second we stepped into the hotel, the additional charges were starting. We opted for the Double single bedroom however we went to the room and we were given a standard double bedroom for 2 people. We went to complain to the front of house and they said the only way to alter this is by paying an additional 300 Turkish Lira on top of what we paid. We then received the WIFI password but this was no use as the wifi was awful, you can't make a call, your messages won't go through and you. can't even do the basics such as check emails as the strength of the wifi is so bad. When it comes to breakfast, the breakfast was limited, with no variety at all. The only good part of the breakfast was the coffee machine and those were just pods. The hotel also made us pay for AC even though the room we originally booked came as standard Overall if you want a relaxing night, do not come to this hotel, it will only give you problems and you will not be able to maximise your holiday enjoyment.

The room was a bit cramped, but the bed was comfortable and the shower very good. The hotel was convenient for the beach, the cable car to the castle and the interesting parts of town. Unfortunately, although the booking with Hotels.com stated that air-conditioning was included, the hotel charged an additional 35 lira per night (£5) for a remote control for air-con. Unexpected additional charges like this, even though small, are not a positive experience when checking in at an unfamiliar hotel in an unfamiliar town: they make you wary. The receptionist offered to help with signing in to WiFi, but became very unpleasant when I put the password in myself. He suggested I had rejected his help, said "my hands are clean" as though I was being racist and did not want him to touch my tablet, and left a deeply unpleasant and offensive impression. The extra charges and the unpleasant receptionist spoiled the start of what turned out to be a comfortable two-night stay.

The property is very good well maintained. But the front desk staff was very rude. Had a tough time during check in. They also denied to accept credit card or online payment and forced us to withdraw cash and pay in cash. The booking was with free parking but the hotel does not have it's own parking and we had to park our car at the roadside. Be careful of checking all the details during booking as AC is chargeable at an additional cost. The property is in the town and is also difficult to find.

Alanya is very nice place, the peoples are friendly.

It was so weird that they asked us to pay extra money if we want a heating system, and at the same time there were no blankets provided in the room for those who didn't want to pay extra. That was very sly of the hotel staff.

The location is exactly what I was looking for and this hotel is right next to beach. The price was super value too. However, the staff are not very friendly (apart from the language barrier) and the hotel is in desperate need for a renovation. No wifi, despite the hot weather I chose not to turn on the air con as it looked like it had not been serviced since the 70s (filters cleanliness).

Iam not comforte in this hotel because very bad in service and reception
