满意 A very nice city hotel. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The main staircase appears not to have cleaned in months - dust clumps everywhere. The breakfast buffet was good but no special menu for eggs Benedict or omelette etc. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful.

First class property in the center of Torino, located a quick five minute or less walk from the Egyptian Museum, and a number of excellent restaurants including within the hotel itself. The multi lingual staff is friendly, courteous, and happily willing to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. Our junior suite was clean, quiet, and well appointed. Terrific buffet breakfast. Be sure to enjoy a drink in the hotel bar. A true gem.

The hotel is located in a good area for shopping, restaurants, the plaza etc. There are times designated when cars can't drive in front of the hotel.
The airline delayed our luggage and the staff was helpful in calling the Italian airline to facilitate the delivery.
They have a bar on premises with good beer, wine and liquor options. A michelin restaurant is also located on the hotel property. Breakfast was included. Room was spacious and room service came daily.
I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous stay at a very attractive property in the heart of Turin. Pretty room, welcoming public spaces and very helpful staff. It was during a heat wave in high 30’s when we stayed and we would have liked to be able to turn up the air conditioning in our room to a higher level, but that was a small issue. Would make a point of staying here again.
