Breakfasts were really good, so much variety and had the choices how you want your eggs. The staffs are extremely cordial and helpful. Our room was by the swimming pool, just go out on the patio and go down 2 steps and here you are. It’s like having your own swimming pool. Really enjoyable

What I love about this property is being by the water and still the rooms were at a very reasonable price. The food is good. Our room is by one of the swimming pool and those tropical vegetation around you. I recommend it to anyone

This location is phenomenal. Right on a beautiful beach. But there is not much to do so if your not into just being chill it may not be for you. Not to be petty but the staff work against this place they are Pinching every penny and limit towels, sheet changes, shampoo replacement and yes even toilet paper. This stingy approach takes some of the shine off what otherwise is a really great place.

We had a swim up room which was great. There was always a lot of availability of sun beds around the pool for those without swim up rooms.

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, so when I arrived at the hotel to check in, it was actually the day we were schedules to check out, so the hotel didn't have a room for us. (This of course was my mistake). The hotel was fully booked for the entire month so we ended up having to go elsewhere. Thankfully our driver who picked us up from the airport stayed with us and took us to a nearby hotel and ensured we had a room for the night. Tup Kaek Resort wasn't helpful at all, and actually seemed a little annoyed. I reached out to Expedia customer service to see if there was any way I could get a refund or credit to my account, acknowledging that it was my mistake but hoping maybe we could get even a partial refund to offset the extra cost. Apparently the Hotel marks the stay as "completed" even if the guest never checks in. I obviously had no idea I had booked the incorrect dates until we showed up there, but it would have been nice to get a courtesy call from the hotel to inquire as to why we had not checked in. Because the hotel marked the booking as completed, expedia is unable to offer any refund or credit and the hotel is unwilling to offer anything. Of all the places we have stayed in SE asia, everyone has been SO lovely and accommodating but unfortunately I didn't feel this resort was friendly at all.

The place was incredible, beautiful setting, beautiful room I stayed in with and infinity pool. Want to go back already!

They charged us 100% of our stay up front, over $900. When I broke my foot and had to cancel over a week before our date to be there, they kept the entire amount. Usually for lodging reservations (over most of the places we've stayed in the world!) a 48 hour cancellation policy is standard. To not refund any of our payment is just wrong. I won't visit the place in the future. I suggest you think hard before reserving a room at this establishment.

My recent stay left me with mixed feelings. Unfortunately, the front office reception staff didn't meet my expectations. They seemed disengaged and not particularly helpful. As for the restaurant, I found the atmosphere to be lacking warmth and friendliness among the staff, which was disappointing, especially during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was rather underwhelming—I'd rate it a 3 out of 10. I noticed that certain food items were consistently running low, and despite being there for four days, they were never replenished after 9:30 AM. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement in both service and dining experiences. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Yes the room was amazing and the services and staff were prompt. Overall the property is a great stay , bit remote and far from ao nang beach Things that can improve- 1. variations in breakfast cuisine 2. Kayaking assistance for those who want to experience the kayaking but cannot swim

We loved our stay. The staff was incredible and you can not beat the views.
