Everything was great wish they had complimentary breakfast though

Facility charges 21.99/adult for breakfast. Limited amount of towels. Room served its purpose

The hotel in general is fine it was clean and everything but the attention of the staff who works there is terrible they are rude they disrespect the customers they charged me two kisses the deposit the girl who attended us was very rude spoiled and I don't know how else to describe my experience then the boy was the same so even if it's a good hotel if they continue to hire that staff it's not good I feel much to put my opinion here but I did feel frustrated that day

Stayed here on a road trip, easy on/off the interstate, near nice dining options & gas station.

Pool was very nice and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only minor negative is the tv remote is starting to get tired/finicky. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to find different accommodations for my next stay since with my allergy being so severe I can not risk this happening again.
